The shopping mall and residence construction with a total construction site of 165.139 m2 at Levent continues and the rough construction work of the shopping mall has been completed.

The completed part corresponds to approximately 120.000 m2 construction site. The approximate cost of this construction, which is the first and only ecological building in Turkey and one of a few in the world, has been planned as 200.000.000 $ and it will be the highest building of Turkey with 64 floors when it is completed.

Istanbul Sapphire Shopping Mall and Residence construction is one of the most favorite projects of the construction sector with its 54 floors, 6 parking lots, 22 different 174 dwellings and 35.000 m2 shopping mall.
