at all companies connected to Kiler Holding. The relevant people applies and
develops a personnel policy devoted to following principles by considering the
general policy of the company, economic and social conditions of the country and
decision of the Holding Board of Directors while performing these duties. Kiler
Holding Human Resources aims to constitute a corporate culture which has
systematic rules rather than emotional and written rather than oral.
To realize the assignment of the personnel suitable to the nature and definition
of the job and to provide opportunities for raising and development to all
personnel according to their skill and competency.
To not employ personnel more than required and to ensure that the personnel is
