While HR Department at the company headquarters carries out all procedures related to the employees, this duty is carried out by Human Resources Officers at all companies connected to Kiler Holding. The relevant people applies and develops a personnel policy devoted to following principles by considering the general policy of the company, economic and social conditions of the country and decision of the Holding Board of Directors while performing these duties. Kiler Holding Human Resources aims to constitute a corporate culture which has systematic rules rather than emotional and written rather than oral.

To realize the assignment of the personnel suitable to the nature and definition of the job and to provide opportunities for raising and development to all personnel according to their skill and competency.

To not employ personnel more than required and to ensure that the personnel is employed with maximum efficiency.

To ensure that the rights of all personnel related to matters pertaining to personnel are protected.

To encourage, award, increase the knowledge and good manners of the personnel. To be neutral and just in all procedures related to the employees.

To raise personnel within the structure for the vacant management staff and to show effort for raising them.

To consider the salary policy in force and the salary grades received the approval of the board of directors of the company for the employment of the employee.

To obtain the approval of the Board of Directors beforehand for the staff assignments not complying with the salary grades in force for certain positions.

To inform the personnel about the matters related to them on time and to develop communication methods and resources in order to ensure they easily submit their opinions and ideas to senior positions.

To create a work environment encouraging all directors to work with their personnel and increasing the interest and to make an effort to establish human relations.

To create and realize a career management system determining the career ways which the personnel can advance within the company and revealing the required opportunity and options.
